We ship with UPS. Orders dispatch the same or next business day from Chicago. Most U.S. addresses receive UPS Ground in 1–5 business days (distance-based). AK/HI and remote areas may take longer.

UPS scans can lag 24–72 hours. If it’s stuck longer than 3 business days, message us—we’ll nudge a trace with UPS.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items in original condition (tried on only, tags attached). Returns are issued as store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Start a return here.
